EMPLOYMENT - TRAINING

Our skilled trainers offer One to One and group support throughout your journey to becoming better equipped for todays work environment.

SOAR training is available for people who wish to improve their employability and confidence skills and develop a 'can'do attitude. We offer accredited and non accredited courses that suit people from all backgrounds who want to make a positive difference in their lives. 

Training available at present includes:

• Non accredited training course helping people into volunteering
• OCN Accredited Entry 3 Employability Skills
• HSE Accredited 1 day and 3 day First Aid courses*

*Available to individuals, voluntary groups, public, retail and industrial sectors

The focus of our training is to help people develop skills that will be of use in the workplace today. You may have been out of work for only a short time, busy raising a family or just unable to find a suatainable job and now feel daunted by the whole thought of going into the workplace.
