These pages detail the physical regeneration projects in the area that SOAR are delivering or working on with Sheffield City Council's North Regen Team. To find out more about the Council North Regneration Team visit their website The projects are informed by the Neighbourhood Strategy process which was supported by SOAR Board and the Council in 2001 details are available on the Council's website . Master plans have also been developed for the neighbourhoods which can be viewed by clicking here. Our largest project is the development of SOAR Works, this will provide over 30,000ft2 of managed workspace on the Knutton Road Depot Site in Parson Cross to find out more visit the Knutton Road page. We are also working closely with the Council on the plans for the district centre, and in particular the new Library Learning Centre & public square which will be transferred to SOAR on a 25 year lease when complete.
