Advocacy Worker

Our advocacy service could help you resolve issues around your care and
support, your housing or finances, your treatment or any other issue that is
worrying you and affecting your independence and quality of life.

Taking action - to help you express your views and wishes, secure your rights,
have your interests represented, access information and services and explore
choices and options.

A partnership - we will work with you to help you achieve the outcomes you
want. Wherever possible we will support you to speak for yourself, but if you
don't feel able to then our advocate will speak on your behalf.

Client group

Individuals aged 18+ living in Southey, Parson Cross, Shirecliffe and Longley.

How often does this health promotion activity take place for how long?

This is an ongoing provision and tailored to an individual’s needs and circumstances.
